Summary: A collection of baffling cases for Hercule Poirot to exercise his little grey cells over. A vague warning for Poirot to avoid the Christmas pudding…a dead man whose eating habits suddenly shifted…a body in a trunk…and a man who constantly dreams of his own suicide. Poirot is on the case!
Comments: It’s been a while since I’ve spent some time with Poirot, and I’ve forgotten how much dignified fun he is! There’s also a Miss Marple case in this collection…the first I’ve read of her adventures. I think I prefer the “little egg-shaped Belgian with the enormous mustaches.”
